Destination Management Orlando is a division of Festival Tours, a leading Receptive Tour Operator based in Orlando, Florida since 1971.  Its General Manager, Ray Heckmann, has over 35 years experience in the travel industry and was pivotal in the founding of the International Travel Services Association in 1992, serving as its Vice-Chairman, 1992-1996, and Chairman, 1996-1999.  Ray also served as the Chairman of the Sightseeing Committee for the Travel Industry Association of America International Pow Wow celebrated in Orlando in 2002.  He was in charge of creating, coordinating and operating 14 different and unique full day sightseeing tours for over 1300 convention delegates over a two day period.  Joined by Account Manager, Patricia Heckmann, with 25 years of Hotel Sales experience with the Sheraton Corporation and Janus Hotels and Resorts; and David Heckmann, a 35 year veteran in Meeting Planning and Incentive Group Travel, the Destination Management Orlando leadership team is your guarantee of a destination experience expertly delivered.
